Latvia climbs 10 positions in the "Doing Business 2012" index

Latvia has made progress in the Doing Business ranking - Latvia’s assessment has improved by ten positions, and Latvia aims to rank among the top 20 countries. One of the tasks to fulfil in order to improve the rating – bringing order to the procedure of receiving the construction permits, said the experts on Friday, October 21, at the press conference devoted to the World Bank’s report Doing Business 2012 and Latvia’s results.
